Vitra Design Museum is a place of exhibitions of modern art.Most of the exhibits are things can be commonly in our daily life, such as sofa, chairs, tables and so on. However, the exhibits embody the modern art and postmodern art. To start re-envisioning the Vitra Design Museum, I intend to begin with the exhibits displayed in the museum. I believe, an excellently designed building cannot only be judged according to its outer appearance or inner structure, more importantly, the building itself and the utilisation of it are also relevant.For example, if I want to build a Buddhism temple, I certainly won't use Christian church settings but consistent with Buddhism. Since the Vitra Design Museum is a museum for exhibiting modern art, the design of itself surely inherited the sententiousness that modern art admires. Monotonic principal part attached with a sense of nature, leading the art back to the original and primary state.
